TOTAL COMMISSIONS: Depending on your decision for the Selling Broker commision, total will be 3-4% plus the $275.00 marketing fee

No marketing fee at time of Listing

1.9% Listing fee due at closing

TOTAL COMMISSIONS: Depending on your decision for the Selling Broker commission, total will be 3.9% to 4.9%

At Right Now Realty please keep in mind that commissions can be customized for each property. 

If your property is over $300,000 we can look at total commissions due.

You as the seller along with our experience can determine the best Co-broke or MLS offering.  We have successfully sold properties for as little as 1% to 3% depending on the price of your property.  We can provide Multiple Listing Service offerings in dollar amounts vs percentage.
